Once the payment is completed, the order will go to the warehouse which will process it within 48/72 hours and deliver it to the courier for shipment.

For all orders, shipping times are 10-20 working days after processing the order. Shipping starts from China with Yuntu courier. Once it arrives in your destination country it is entrusted to the national postal service.
We will take 24/48 hours to process your order after which the package will be entrusted to the courier for shipment.
Returns:
Although the percentage of defects in delivered products is low, it is good to know that we will resolve any problems without delay and satisfactorily. It is in our best interest to resolve everything as quickly as possible, so do not worry about having to wait longer than necessary to resolve the problem (it is usually resolved within 14 working days from the time the goods arrive at our warehouse).
WHEN CAN I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
However, we are not responsible for any new defects, especially if they were caused by misuse. For used products, we are not responsible for defects corresponding to the degree of use or wear of the products themselves at the time of delivery.
Please note that sensitivity or allergic reactions to the products delivered cannot in themselves be considered a defect of the products themselves. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS AT THE TIME OF THE CLAIM?
In the event of a product defect, we can jointly agree on compensation in the form of a voucher.
You also have the right to request the removal of the defect by replacement delivery or repair. With replacement delivery we mean that upon delivery of the new product, the previous defective item must be returned to the courier.
If such removal of the defect is impossible or inappropriate for us, you are entitled to request a discount on the purchase price. In this case, you can keep the product and we will refund you part of the purchase price. At the same time, you can also withdraw from the sales contract. In this case, you send the product back to us and we will refund you the full purchase price (always in case of defective product).
In the case of a used and fully functional product, without manufacturing defects, it is not possible to request the return or exchange of the product for obvious hygienic reasons. In this case you can contact us and we will be happy to provide you with the right assistance.
We remind you that you must attach to your request detailed photos and videos that demonstrate what you have stated in the request itself (damage, malfunctions or other).
HOW DO YOU LEAVE A COMPLAINT?
Contact us by email expressing the problem encountered. Once we have received your request and deemed it to be a valid return, we will send you instructions on how to proceed for the return of the goods.
We remind our customers that the return shipping costs are ALWAYS charged to the customer.
The return address will be provided by email. We remind you that the product must be sent directly to the place from where it started. Therefore the return shipment must be made at a warehouse in China.
